(PVIP) 20-Year Visa

(Open for all age categories)

1. Authorization letter (Template provided)
2. Applicant passport page(cover page and every page)
If new passport is less than 1 year, the old passport information page should provide us together 1:1 high-definition color scan *Type of visa (if any)
3. Copy of certificate of good conduct (LOGC)
(It could be requested from the neighboring police station in the origin country, the LOGC certificate must have authentication in English) *Certified true copy by the respective Embassy / High Commission/ Consulate General or Consulate General in Malaysia and Foreign Affairs Ministry.
4. Resume of principle applicant.
(Must Include: education level, working experience, working duration, company’s name, etc.)
5. Proof of offshore income of more than RM40,000 for 3 months by bank statement.
(Certificate True Copy by Bank)
6. Latest 3 months pay slip (Confirmation of monthly income)
7. Marriage certificate
(If accompanied by spouse and/or children, certified true copy by the respective Embassy / High Commission/ Consulate General or Consulate General in Malaysia and Foreign Affairs Ministry. Translation to English is needed if the certificate is in a foreign language.)
8. Birth certificate
(If accompanied by children, certified true copy by the respective Embassy / High Commission/ Consulate General or Consulate General in Malaysia and Foreign Affairs Ministry. Translation to English is needed if the certificate is in a foreign language.)
9. Medical form completed by a clinic or hospital registered in Malaysia *After approval
10. Fixed deposit/savings deposit of RM 1 million in Malaysia *After approval
Noted:
* PVIP Visa is renewable for another 20 years.
* Participation Fee Principal applicants are required to pay a one-off RM 200,000 participation fee and a one-off RM 100,000 participation fee will be levied for each dependent.
* Fixed deposit is allowed for withdrawal after 1 year with a completed PVIP visa endorsement.
* Withdrawal of 50% from the fixed deposit after one (1) year is allowed with a letter of recommendation from the Immigration Department for the purpose of real estate investment, medical and educational expenses only.
